REGISTRATION FOR MASTERCLASSES

Registration for the courses can be made either DIRECTLY with the ACADEMIA VOCALIS OFFICE, with Ms Mag. Gabi Madersbacher, by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or via the internet on our website (please click the “Online Registration” button in the left-hand menu or follow this link). This is necessary because not only we, but above all the lecturers, require detailed information from you.

A registration is considered binding once the registration fee of € 50 has been paid into our account at Raiffeisen-Bezirkskasse Wörgl Kufstein reg GenmbH (Account No. 645077, Bank Code 36358; IBAN AT 32 3635 8000 0064 5077; BIC RZTIAT 22358). A few days after receipt of this registration fee, a confirmation of registration will automatically be sent by email or post. The registration fee is to be regarded as a processing fee and must be paid in addition to the course fees; this means that this fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation on your part, withdrawal from the masterclass, or departure after the audition. The full course fee must be paid before the course begins.

Further information relating to the courses can be found on the website. Each registration is automatically recorded as such, and every deposit, partial payment or full payment is confirmed by us. Should any changes arise unexpectedly, all participants will be informed by us without delay.

A cancellation due to illness of a lecturer is beyond our control. In such a case, all registered participants will be informed promptly, and any payments already made will be refunded, with the exception of the € 50 processing fee. The association Academia Vocalis cannot, of course, be held responsible for any additional costs already incurred.

Day tickets: Interested parties are warmly invited to attend the courses for one day or several days. Day tickets are issued for the days attended (please register using the contact telephone numbers or email addresses provided).

Costs of day tickets: The masterclasses are charged pro rata according to the number of days attended. Further information is available on +43 (0) 664 2403216.

Please note: Payments for masterclasses and deposits for TVB Ferienregion Hohe Salve and TVB Kufsteinerland / room reservations must be made to separate accounts.

ACTIVE AND PASSIVE COURSE PARTICIPANTS AND WITHDRAWAL

As only a limited number of “active” participants can be accepted into the masterclasses, the course leaders make this selection themselves at the audition. If a participant is accepted as active or passive by the course leader/lecturer after the audition and subsequently withdraws from the masterclass of their own accord, NO REFUND OF COURSE FEES is possible. In the event of withdrawal due to illness, a medical certificate must be submitted. In this case, only the proportionate course days will be charged and the remainder of the course fee will be refunded.

Being classified as “passive” does not imply any devaluation of a participant. On the contrary, the presence of “passive” participants proves to be extremely fruitful, not only for the course but above all for the participants themselves, who gain valuable insights for their personal development. In parallel with the course rooms, pianos are available at the State Music School Kufstein during and beyond course hours, which may be used at any time as practice rooms.

CLASSIFICATION AS A PASSIVE PARTICIPANT IN A MASTERCLASS IS MADE EXCLUSIVELY BY THE LECTURER / LEADER OF THE MASTERCLASS. ACADEMIA VOCALIS HAS NO INFLUENCE ON THIS DECISION.

Costs for passive participation: always half of the stated active course fee, except for the masterclasses of Univ.-Prof. Hanser – in these cases, the passive course fee for both masterclasses is € 200.
